Please review the details of our international shipping logistics below:

1. EXCLUSIVE PRE-ORDER TIMELINE (DROP 01)

  • Pre-order Processing: Please note that Drop 01 is an exclusive micro-batch pre-order event. Orders placed during this period will not ship immediately.

  • Estimated Dispatch: All pre-orders are scheduled to be packaged and dispatched from our centralized fulfillment center at the end of June, 2026.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchasing, securing your slot in our priority production batch.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

Once your pre-order is officially dispatched at the end of June, we utilize Premium Tracked Courier Lines to ensure rapid and secure delivery. Estimated transit times (excluding potential customs delays) are as follows:

  • United States: 8 to 10 Business Days

  • United Kingdom: 8 to 10 Business Days

Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, estimated timelines may experience minor fluctuations due to regional carrier volume or customs processing.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is our priority. As soon as your package is handed over to our international shipping carrier, our system will automatically generate and email you a Tracking Link and Tracking Number. You will be able to monitor the live journey of your FeverHype gear from our center all the way to your mailbox.

4. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY: DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP)

At FeverHype, we believe in absolute pricing transparency. All international orders to the United States and United Kingdom are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

  • No Hidden Charges: The final amount you pay at checkout is 100% inclusive of all international shipping costs, import VAT, customs clearance fees, and duties.

  • Guaranteed Doorstep Delivery: You will never be contacted by local customs authorities or postal services to pay additional fees to release your package. We handle all backend logistics and tax compliance so you can focus entirely on supporting your squad.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address, contact phone number, and postal code (Zip Code) are 100% accurate and complete during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to our center or lost in transit because of an incomplete address, typo, or failed delivery attempt by the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
